Building Maintenance- Job description
We work primarily with commercial facilities. Based upon the needs of our customers the hours may be days, nights, and/or weekends.
The following are required for this position:
- Clean DMV record, NO reckless driving or DUI convections, background check, able to gain clearance to work on US government facilities, and pass drug test
- Be able to work in any type of weather conditions
- Must have cell phone for communication with supervisors
- Must be flexible with hours of service as our customers’ needs change daily
- Able to work independently without direct supervision
- Manual labor, able to lift over 75lbs
Preferred job experience in the following:
- Asphalt work
- Painting
- Signage repairs
- High pole services
- Concrete work
- General Construction
- Trash/ Debris clean up
- Holiday décor
